Yeah, I work in the industry and too often Apple randomly asks for proof of purchase depending on the necessary service. I know I probably wouldn’t use it, but it would offer me peace of mind if at all possible. Even an electronic copy via email.

I am don’t have it, but it comes with the original box which is consider as proof of purchase.

Last question, was it ever activated with ATT and is it paid off?

The owner told me paid off, I think it’s activated with att. But I never use it.
