Refunds and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of purchase date. Item must be in the same cosmetic condition as it was shipped. Furthermore, Water & Physical damage will not be accepted for an Exchange or Refund. All items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. The buyer is responsible for return shipping (unless the item is the defective or wrong item was sent) and items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Lastly, Items returned for the wrong shipping address, incompatible carrier, Personal dislike or Re-delivery of an item would have a flat $20 restocking fees.
