Damage Description
The screen does have a roughly 3" scratch in the middle near the top. It is very difficult to photograph, but it is there, though it doesn't impact the touch sensitivity of the screen in anyway, it's purely cosmetic.

Laptop body is in stellar physical shape & includes a tempered glass screen protector on the touch screen and will also come shipped in a Jetech padded laptop sleeve.

As you can see by the battery count of 5, I have used this device almost exclusively docked to the Surface Dock and it's been an amazing machine.

And I would rate the condition much closer to 'Good' than 'Fair' but wanted to make sure any interested buyer was aware of the condition. The laptop is awesome and I have really enjoyed using it, just heading back to Mac for work.
