Laptop is in like new condition. Purchased one year ago at the Microsoft Store in The Woodlands, TX and used only while occasionally traveling for work as an IT consultant. I take excellent care of my devices. Selling because I've upgraded to a Surface Laptop 3. I'm including a matching silver Microsoft Surface Precision mouse and a mini-DisplayPort to HDMI adapter that I purchased from Amazon. OEM chargers and retail packaging for everything included.
