Unused in perfect condition iPhone 7 Plus 32GB with unused packaged EarPod, USB cable and Power Adap

iPhone 7 Plus was purchased and unboxed and turned on for a couple hours before restored back to factory settings and placed back in box. Brand new. Bought it and put it up for sale several hours later. I also have a brand new dark blue Otter Box with no box that can be included for an additional 45.00$ if requested. Phone also includes unused packaged EarPods with Lightning Connector, Lightning to USB Cable and USB Power Adapter. Absolutely nothing wrong with the phone. I just decided to stick with my previous phone.

If the buyer is agreeing to $230, that means they're expecting to pay $230 total.  So if you want to receive $230, you'll want them to agree to pay $240 total.

Are we both in agreement to this??

If PayPal is denying a payment, this is usually an issue related to the attempted buyer's PayPal account (sometimes related to their lack of a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside).

While less common overall, the issue could also be related to the seller's PayPal account being limited, so both parties should reach out to PayPal's support team (preferably over the phone) to ensure their accounts are ready to send and receive payments respectively.

From what we can see, other sales seem to be processing without any issues, so it doesn't appear to be an issue with our site.
