Damage Description
Very feint micro hairline scratches on silver border (mostly near corner area), caused by taking on / off Apple leather case. These are feint and only show due to the mirror-like finish of the polished silver, and even then only visible in direct sunlight with your eye directly next to it. Otherwise phone is mint, never dropped, been in case and had tempered screen protector since day 1!

Hello I'm selling my Apple iPhone X [A1865] iOS 64GB, with white back and silver border. This phone is essentially in mint condition, minus the micro hairline scratches which are inevitable if you install a case. I watched some youtube videos where people actually can polish these micro hairline scratches out as well.
I bought this phone new from someone on Swappa a few months back... they received it as a replacement phone so did not come with factory warranty or charging brick/cable, but it was otherwise a brand new unit. I put it in the Apple leather case and installed a tempered glass screen protector since day 1. The battery health is still 100%. This sale also comes with Apple leather case, and spigen tempered glass screen protectors (one installed & one extra). I have included one of my old charging apple brick/lightning cable as well so you're good to go.

Since it's a replacement phone, I'm assuming it is refurbished. Is that right? Have you noticed any issues in the replacement phone?
Hi Daniel i'm not sure if its refurbished but model number starts with "N"
have not noticed any issue. I replaced my previous iphone xs max with this phone due to wanting a more pocketable device and its largerly the same experience. Main difference is of course smaller screen real estate. The other small difference between the two is that when you first load your apple profile and downloading all the apps again in mass, both the xs max and iphone x will get a tad warm / hot, but iphone x will get a tad more warm due to the smaller chassis. Other than this iphone x felt like 90% experience of my xs max which is much more expensive phone.
