Yes it is possible to downgrade. You just need itunes. Why would you spend more thank half a thousand dollars to want to buy an outdated software? You can use itunes restore to change it to ios 12 you just cant expect other people to do it for you
What is the 1 minor cosmetic issue?
The cosmetic issue was a bump that happened on the side of the ipad where the apple pencil connector can be seen. Its small and can be seen in one of the pictures provided
