Return Policy

No return is accepted for any reason after 5 days.
In this 5days-period, if the item does not meet Swappa grading and functionality, we accept return. (Check Swappa return shipping label fees)
If the item does meet the grade but the buyer still does not want the item for any reason we may accept the item with a 10% restocking fees plus shipping fee.
Returned item, should meet the selling condition, otherwise the buyer is fully responsible to resend the item back to the buyer.
