has it been active on Verizon for 60 days
It is locked to Verizon. Was only active for about 45 days, so no go on unlocking it currently.
it should automatically unlock after 60 days you don't have to have 60 days of service can you try with a non Verizon sim card to check if its unlocked

hey i just spoke to verizon regarding the unlock policy and i was told by the rep that as long as it has been 60 days since the purchase of the device and its paid off no need to have active service for 60 days to have it unlocked. they said if its been 60 days and the phone is not unlocked than call them with serial number and imei number and they can take care of it
since swappa does not allow sharing of imei numbers do you mind reaching out to verizon because they definitely confirmed that 60 days after the purchase date is all thats needed to have the device unlocked
