Hello, I'm interested in the phone but have a couple of questions:
1. It's difficult to tell from the pictures but are there any scratches or scuffs on the phone anywhere (even if minor)?
2. Do you know the history of this phone, was it an open-box or a return or previously used?
3. If it is a used phone, do you test battery life?

Thanks for your response. I did read the description. It states that the phone is in phenomenal condition with a 9.5/10 rating. This is a subjective description. It does not clearly state that there are no blemishes on the phone including scuffs or scratches. I did not want to assume, that's why I asked.

Your description also does not answer my 2nd and 3rd questions regarding the history of the device and battery life. Thanks again for your time and help.

With a 10/10 meaning perfect or new condition, I thought a 9.5/10 pretty much speaks for itself. Also, this is not my personal phone, so there is no way for me to address the history of the device. Thank you
