Is the device under EIP/financing? I ask because I've bought phones that ended up having AT&T NEXT financing which was a pita, had to return etc.

The phone is not on any type of payment plan, it has been paid off completed and ready for activation on Verizon's network. If you would like to use it on another network, then you would have to wait for 60 days for it to become unlocked on it's own as per Verizon's unlock policy for iPhones.

What was the date of purchase? Asking to see how long the Apple 1 year warranty will last until.

Date of purchase was January 8th so warranty should be good through January 7th of 2021, you can check the exact date upon phone activation.

Okay great, according to Apple Legal Webpage, proof or purchase is also required to obtain (make claims) on the apple 1 year warranty. Will you provide this documentation with the sale of the phone? Thanks again

Phone was purchased through another reseller and I do not have original proof of purchase but I've checked the IMEI with Apple and they confirmed that this is was a valid purchase and the original date of purchase. You do not need proof of purchase for warranty repairs (claims are for AppleCare+, this phone does not come with AppleCare+, it only comes with a standard Apple 1 year limited Warranty) since warranty is tied to the phone itself, once activated you can tie an Apple account to the phone. Once you purchase the phone, I can provide the IMEI and you can confirm all of this on your own. If not completely satisfied with the purchase for whatever reason, I will accept returns within 10 days of receiving the phone. I've attached the warranty coverage screenshot.
