Is there any texture to the scratches on the screen ? (can you feel them when you run your fingernail over them) Was there a screen protector on while you used it ?

There is no texture to the scratches. I got a screen protector about a week after I got the phone, which is why there are some minor cosmetic imperfections. It was in a case the entire time. Thank you!

Yes the phone is fully paid off. I did not request it to be unlocked from ATT, but the iPhone 11 Pro A2160 is the model released in North America and it works on both GSM and CDMA networks.

I will try to post a photo where the imperfections are. First of all, congrats! There is nothing wrong with the camera, the screen just seems really sensitive to scratching. I. have an iPhone 7 with work and don't have a screen protector, and the phone screen is in better condition than my 11. Just because I think the screen material has changed. I'll comment when I upload new photos

The thing is you can get a gold 256 gig in mint condition for $900 about every three days. The glass is beat up and at $950 not sure if price is competitive.
