How much have you used it since Sept 2017? I.e. How can a laptop in use for over two years be in "like-new" unless it wasn't being used?

I would say I used it on and off rarely in that time. My main machine is an iMac and iPad so the Chromebook was only for light browsing.

The condition of the device is like-new, as in there is very little to almost no signs of usage looking at the machine, as defined by Swappa. "No wear and tear".

A Chromebook uses such little resources that it still runs like it's new, especially considering the chip inside and the RAM in this model.

I don’t remember the exact number, it was something like 89%.
