Hi Alejandro, I know that you did a reset on the computer, but could you get some pictures of the About This Mac, then on the System Report pics of Graphics/Displays, Power (showing the cycle count), along with Storage? Could you also post a picture of the Apple repair ticket showing the screen, keyboard, and battery replacement? Thanks!

Alejandro, I'm trying to help you out here. If you're interested in selling this laptop, you're going to need to update the listing to provide more specs on the laptop. It showing that the laptop has 16GB RAM and a 1TB drive isn't a whole lot of information for buyers to go off of in order to make a well informed decision. Once you provide more details and pictures, you'll probably sell the laptop quicker. I hope this information helps!
