There is an app on the phone that unlocks it. It requires breaking the seals on the package. Right now I want to sell as new. Maybe in a week I'll open and unlock if it hasn't sold.

This is only compatible with T-Mobile's 5G.
You could use it on other GSM carriers such as ATT. But not all features may work, such as VoLTE, or WiFi calling, etc.
