If you wanted us to, we could put it in a different iPhone 11 Pro box so you could wrap it up as a gift but the serial numbers on the back of the box would not match the actual device. All of the devices we sell are vetted to ensure that there is no outstanding balance tied to any carrier or insurance company that would give any third-party entity the ability to blacklist one of our devices. Of course, if you purchase one of our devices and link it to a third-party service like Apple Care+ or Asurion and end up having to report it lost or stolen one day, we wouldn't be able to prevent that as it'd be out of our control. Yes, this is a replacement device. The only difference between a replacement device and a non-replacement device is that the serial number for a replacement device begins with the letter "N". In regards to your question, JLson, yes, this device will work with Mint Mobile or any other carrier.

That's correct. This is not a refurbished device and is identical to the ones purchased online or in-store, aside from the serial number. In regards to color, sorry, but this is the only 11 Pro in stock right now. As for your question, Barry, Yes, this device will come with all accessories. I don't know the exact reason for the replacement (I assume something common like Face ID) but I know that it is now fixed so it's not really relevant, especially since the entire device was replaced and not just fixed. In other words, you don't have to worry about the issue happening again.
