No, I just reset it to factory settings. It is a Factory Unlocked phone, which is why it booted up showing Android and LG, NOT tied to Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, etc.
FYI - I used this phone under my AT&T account when I first purchased it with my 2nd AT&T line as a backup device. When I cancelled my 2nd line, I used it like an iPod for several months. Last month(November), I removed the AT&T SIM, inserted a Verizon SIM, then used it as my backup device again. Early December, purchased a Verizon iPhone 11, moving the SIM from the V40. I Factory RESET the V40 just before listing it for sale on Swappa...
