Does “new”;mean there is a warranty?

That’s right. Comes with one full year warranty after you activate the phone

Dec 08, 2019 - 02:48 PM

That from Verizon or Samsung? So no receipt is need to get the warranty? Thank you.

From Samsung. Warranty is by imei so no receipt is needed. Thanks

Can you provide the IMEI?

Kat O. Staff
Dec 08, 2019 - 09:09 PM

Please note that sellers should not share IMEI information. This FAQ page explains why: http://swappa.com/faq/sell/share_esn_numbers

Dec 08, 2019 - 09:21 PM

If you can't provide the IMEI, how are we supposed to know if the device legit. It can be a clone/counterfeit for all we know.

You’ve been on Swappa for 2 years. You should know better. Swappa does all the checks before they list the product. That’s their whole business model

Dec 08, 2019 - 09:32 PM

True, but people have been scammed on here before. If you can't provide the IMEI, or any kind of proof that this device is legit, than I see it as 50/50 chance it's a fake/clone. I've gotten screwed on deals before and Swappa staff just states everything was in order, I'm out $550 and I got a phone that barely works (iPhone XS Max Clone).

Sure, I understand. Sorry about that. Per Swappa
Policy and to comply with them, this cannot be done. Maybe you should look for another phone. Good luck buddy.
