This is brand new. Opened and looked at but never used. Never removed from its cradle or unwrapped. The smallest of strips of tape was pulled open allowing the entire box to unlock and open without disturbing the contents. Hence, I'm being forced to call it mint instead of new. See the white portal I am selling to see the difference. 15.6"HD display with Alexa built in. Thought my kids wanted these. I was wrong.
