jeff - i just tried to purchase again (thanks for trying the re-list btw) and it still won’t let me. looking at some of the other listings under the pixel 3, they are having the same problem. it may just be something we have to wait out. i’ll check back later tho

Jeff, it's not you - I saw this happening on another listing I was trying to buy. I don't know how they ended up making it work. Hopefully Swappa or PayPal resolves it soon.
Could you tell me how old the phone is?

I guess there are still problems with Paypal. Paypal was unable to process the payment. There is no issue with my account.
