This is an MK8F2LL/A iPad mini 4 Wi-Fi Cellular 128GB Gold in mint condition.
SIM not included; you should be able to get a free one from your carrier.
IOS 13.2.2 installed, iPad will be removed from iCloud and factory reset before shipping.
Original buyer (December 2016 Apple Store), lightly used, always in a case. I am including the ZAGG Slim Book keyboard case I used (as pictured, no box) as well as an unused MoKo 3Z black plastic case.
Original packaging and accessories included. Other than the screen being too small for my eyes, I have had no issues with the device.

I do see a couple of 16GB models listed in fair to good condition for the price range you're looking for though.
What would you go to on this tablet ?
I'm open to reasonable offers for the bundle... but I don't haggle with myself. There are other mint condition 128GB models (top spec) listed with no accessories for $377-385 so my listed price doesn't seem too far off base.
