I have been trying to buy this phone through PayPal. It says payment can’t be processed, and says possibly because you haven’t finished the set up process? There is no problem on my end

I will verify my paypal is clear but it should be fine. Judging by the staff comments, it does seem that it is on PayPal’s end.
