How long you've had this device? Meaning under warranty still from the manufacturer?
The warranty is only for a year and is valid only for the direct purchaser. Sorry about that!
As long as you have the original proof of purchase I would be entitled for the warranty.
I dont think so. The manual book which came along with model says so. I think its because i got it with tmobile and then unlocked it later.

Hi, it was unlocked from a carrier and hence usable by other networks.
So its a GSM, not CDMA, phone. You should really add more details to yur description foor buyers.
