If this doesn’t have AppleCare, why does it almost have two years of warranty coverage? Also, you say this is brand new, but the IMEI check says it was actually activated in October making this essentially used. I’m interested, but confused. Can you clarify? Because once activated, it’s a stretch to call this brand new don’t you think?

It was never activated or even a SIM card installed trust me and I need to verify this one since I’ve had several in the past as far as the Apple care for this one.

Ok, but not to be a wise guy, but in the pictures, it shows that it has in fact been activated. You can't get to the screens you pictured there without activating, so even absent the information from the report, the pictures pretty much confirm that it's activated. Plus, an Iphone can't be activated or display the home screen without a carrier sim card being inserted. But thanks anyways.

I'm not going to argue with you Seller but I'm sure according to the Serial number on the phone, It has been replaced under AppleCare policy. You didn't purchased this phone from Apple. I can see the history of it and know the original Carrier.

By the way, Model Numbers starting with “N” means they were a Replacement phone. This is for devices that the original owner likely got from the Apple store after their original phone had some sort of issue. Your phone shows model number “NWGK2LL/A”

Thanks Sam K. It's not because of Some sort of issue. It's because they bought it from carrier's as financial phones, Unlock it, Buy AppleCare Services on it then break it or because of bad ESN they replace it. I got scammed before when iPhone XS Max came like this way

I had this issue before when I bought my XS Max New like yours but no box and they told me there is AppleCare on it and it's a good deal. So I bought it. But when my phone got damaged 6 months later and I went to apple to replace it under AppleCare, They told me this is your last time to replace this phone. I asked them AppleCare allow me to change it twice if my phone get damage. But they told me this phone has been replaced before and show me how to know and even show me the old phone information and replaced by who. Which was the seller
