Return Policies

  • Items received not as described shall be returned to the seller for a prompt refund

- We accept returns within the first 30 days of the purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be sent back in the original packaging (If sold as NEW).
- No refunds on devices or products that have any iCloud, Samsung, Google account or any other accounts of that sort. Mobile phones and tablets MUST be restored to factory setting.

- A 15% restocking fee will be charged on non-defective items
- A 3% fee will be charged for order cancellations

I figured it out. The seller is not paypal verified. That's why payment wont go thru. I purchased from a different seller.
Suggestion to seller...consider verifying with paypal to ensure smoother buyer transactions. Thanks

Thank you. As I was looking at different listings and different sellers, I noted a PayPal icon in the seller profile. After some comparisons, your profile did not have that icon. If I may suggest, look into that. It's either PayPal or Swappa that assign that icon. I think my purchase of your phone was hampered by the lack of that icon.
I'm not sure if there's been changes since you last verified. Idk. Just guessing and providing feedback to help you or future buyer.
