I brought this phone to Xfinity Mobile in March of 2019. It will work on either network after installing a carrier provided SIM card.

When I click purchase. It says it can’t go Thru! Not sure why. I tried different cards as well
If PayPal is denying a payment, this is usually an issue related to the attempted buyer's PayPal account (sometimes related to their lack of a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside).
While less common overall, the issue could also be related to the seller's PayPal account being limited, so both parties should reach out to PayPal's support team (preferably over the phone) to ensure their accounts are ready to send and receive payments respectively.
From what we can see, other sales seem to be processing without any issues, so it doesn't appear to be an issue with our site. This issue is coming from the seller..
I’ve tried 4 times and and it’s never taken me to sales page and just checked I’ve been charged 4 times on my credit card! ....

I contacted PayPal and my account is verified and I am able to receive funds.
