Yes the only connection is wifi. Nothing is wrong with it at all. It works like new. Yes, it stays powered on without shutting off.

It's not accepting my paypal payment for some reason

Just says payment not submitted, but seems theres an issue with paypal.. so maybe I'll try again soon as I'm really wanting to buy it
