Can you please download Simple CID Getter and post a photo of your CID? 00000000 will show it's got a unlocked bootloader, 00000001 will show it's a Verizon locked bootloader. You may need to download an APK of the program as I've been told it's no longer in the Google Play store.
Thanks for your interest but I will not sideload any apps. This phone was purchased unlocked directly from Google and has worked on both Verizon and now T-Mobile.
