What's the battary health?

The battery condition is new, the phone is only a month or so old. I had the original iPhone replaced under Apple Care+ in September 2019.

The batter is just low in the pics.

I looked into it, and yes I can. It would cost an additional $40 for me to do this, would you be willing to pay an additional $40? If so, I live near PDX international airport and the post office nearby is open on Sundays, so I could ship it tomorrow (Sunday Oct 20) and it should arrive within 6-7 days. So potentially by next Saturday.
