The phone is basically brand new. I got it on July 26th, used it for a little while, and got a new phone in September. It comes with the phone, stylus, and the Samsung charger that came with the phone.

There are no screen burns present on the phone. It's in mint condition. I can send the phone in the Samsung box sent to me by AT&T I will also include the charger that came in the box. As for the headphones that came with it, I have them and if you want them, we can talk about it.
