Is the phone paid off and unlocked to be used on any GSM carrier?
Yes, It is paid off. The previous carrier was Xfinity (Comcast)

They could not unlock locally through Xfinity store, but they contacted Xfinity tech support to have it done. They will contact me when completed, maybe 2 -3 days. Local tech said should not be a problem
