Mint/ Near Mint condition - there are no scratches that I can see. I only marked it as good just in case I missed something but there is nothing I can see. The device has had a skin and screen protector on since day one.
Barely used. It is carrier unlocked, and I have used it on Sprint and Mint Mobile (T-Mobile network). Has Apple Warranty till 6/12/2020.
Will come with the box, all original accessories (never opened) an official smart cover, logitech Crayon and an additional Matte Screen protector.
The iPad even comes in the original plastic covering so you get the un-boxing experience of removing it yourself.
Great as a gift.

Sure, I usually send it USPS Priority w/ insurance because I have found it gets there quickly and has tracking. How quickly did you hope to get it by?
