Hi, it runs iOS 13, but I am not 100% sure on the warranty. I got it on launch day, but I don't know how long the warranty lasts from that date.

Thanks for the info! Launch was September 21, 2018, which would mean the warranty expired September 21, 2019 unless you extended it through AppleCare or your credit card.

It has had AppleCare+, but I don't believe that the monthly coverage transfers between owners.
