Damage Description
Small spot on the screen only really visible when phone is off or on light background. (see pic for details)
Small circle of lighter color where the opening of the Otterbox case was above the Apple logo. (see pic).
Minor scratches and marks on back of case from dirt etc that was between the case and phone.

Original Owner, No Issues
Selling this phone for my daughter. She was the original owner, the phone was purchased new from Sprint. It has never been serviced, and has no issues.
She received a new iPhone when we got an upgrade deal from Sprint almost 2 yrs ago. The phone has been in the box since.
Don't buy from a reseller, many of their phones have unknown history and are repaired with non OEM/Apple parts.
The battery health is 92%.
The phone includes the OtterBox case and the box from Apple. (It is not the original box, I accidentally included the box for this phone when I sold mine recently :)
