Is this phone fully paid off? Do you have monthly installments payment set with ATT? What is battery health ? You check that by going inside settings. Does it come with original box ?
I am not the original owner. I purchased it from a reselling company during labor day promotion. When I enter the imei number in AT&T's website it shows that the device was recently upgraded and I should try to unlock it 14 days after the upgrade.
The device was sold as unlocked but didn't work with my verizon, so I am selling it as an AT&T device. I am pretty sure it was paid off but not sure if AT&T will let me access original account's information.

@william you're not going to have any problems with it. If it wasn't fully paid Swappa wouldn't approve the listing.
As long as you use it with AT&T for at least 6 months. I did a quick google search and it seems like there are a lot of cases in which At&t holds 6 months before unlocking an upgraded phone.
The device is practically new.
