Nope, unlocked.

Does it come with all its original accessories and how long have you had it.

I bought it on Sept 1st, 2018. Comes with original fast charging block and cable. This phone has been used almost entirely in a case and entirely with a screen protector.

Please upload a picture of it's box and all the accessories. Any scuffs and dents?

I'll upload a photo when I get home from work. You can see in the photos that the scuffs along the sides are extremely minimal, you really have to look at it closely to see them.

Yes it is version 6003. I bought in in the USA so take that for what you will, but based on my very limited research the phone will also work outside of the states. But don’t take my word for that.
