you noted that there was some minor wear & tear, where is that in the photos?

Some extremely light marring on the rear shiny part of the case and on the rear lower right corner there is some sort of a mark. Phone was used for about a month.

Is there any warranty left on the device?

the device is covered by a one year warranty from google to the original purchaser (me), from some quick research it seems like the warranty is not transferable unless you buy it from an approved retailer. The phone war purchased on May 8th and I stopped using it in August approximately. should you have any issues with it until next May I can work with you on getting support for it but it may or may not be available and it is possible that you may need to ship the phone back to me at your cost and I will ship to you a replacement again at your cost..
