It will have a 1 year Apple Warranty on it that does not begin until you insert your sim card, and do the initial first activation. At that point, you will be able to see your warranty status under the iPhone's settings.
This Apple model comes unlocked, and is also known as the "sim free" flex model much like the one you would purchase directly from Apple or Best Buy. As a result, the phone will follow the LOCKING POLICY of whatever sim card you initially activate it with. For example, Verizon will lock the phone to their network for 60 days. AT&T will lock it to your account until you request to unlock it. DUE TO THIS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

You are somewhat correct. I just saw the update. However, they sell the 128gb for $649 now. The phone you are commenting under is the 128gb model. This does not include sales tax -- which will likely be around $50 more depending on your location.. The true price is actually $700.
I will adjust accordingly but not that low as we can sell it in our store immediately for that low of a price for 128gb. What is your offer?
