unfortunately the case/skin was taken off by apple, I just had the battery replaced so it's a new one.

I reset the Mac book and it's waiting for a new user to input their info.... As far as the battery goes, like I said AppleCare took care of my Mac 2 weeks ago and replaced it with a brand new battery....
