Is this a Verizon unlocked?
It will automatically unlock in 60 days as per new verizon policy, then you can use any Sim you want.
If you are looking to use a Verizon MVNO, double check to see if a newer Sim is needed. Samsung with the S8 and S9 has a Sim auto config routine that had caused some issues with Verizon MVNOs. Is the IMEI and ESN clean?

Is $394 the final price? Or will other fees be attached, e.g., taxes, buyer's fee, etc.? If so, approximately how much might that amount be? Also, once this phone is activated, will the 12 month factory warranty kick in?
394 is the final price including the buyers fee. As for sales tax I don't collect that from you, you should follow you state's policy on private purchase.
