It was a personal use phone that was not used heavily. I used another phone for business. No, I did not replace the battery and yes, this phone is opened.

Oh..I misunderstood. No, it has never been opened as far as it's casing or the inside of the phone exposed. I thought you were referring to it's new phone that was never used.
