It was purchased with cash. It can be used on any carrier, due to the new dual sim technology. My boyfriend wants a phone with a headphone jack, so I have to sell it. First to pay gets it.

If PayPal is denying a payment, this is usually an issue related to the attempted buyer's PayPal account (sometimes related to their lack of a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside).

While less common overall, the issue could also be related to the seller's PayPal account being limited, so both parties should reach out to PayPal's support team (preferably over the phone) to ensure their accounts are ready to send and receive payments respectively.

Please try again later or return to the merchant and choose another way to pay." would you be able to accept PayPal because that is the only way I would be able to checkout right now and I am unable to
