Have there been any screen repairs or replacements? Was this purchased through Verizon or Apple directly?
Purchased through Costco. That particular model has a software defect that emerged a year or so after purchase, so I got a brand new upgrade about a year ago, including new screen etc.

Clarification: it HAD a software defect that was fully resolved with the brand new replacement on April 16th 3018.

Typical battery performance after 16 months. I have no problem as the charge on the commute back home gives it sufficient power to get through a full evening.
