Hey Eddie applecare+ is on the device is not on monthly plan it was paid in full, as I bought it open box and I don't have any issue getting it replaced by apple. Let me know if you have any question, the applecare+ doesn't required to get transfer from my understanding.

So you bought the iPad open box and had it replaced and now you are selling the replacement. Why? How long have you had the replacement? Are you concerned with its durability or reliability? What brand is the cover? Can you post more pics of the cover?

The open box I got has an issue with the display, so apple replaced it via apple care live chat. The reason I am selling it, I am downgrading to the ipad mini 5 as I need a compact tablet now and does not need a big one at this point. Also the case I got it from amazon, brand is iVapo and I used it about a month but still looks decent. As for the durability question, I am not worry about that because apple is really good with the replacement device they give the consumer always like brand new with no scratches and fresh battery. Hope that answers your questions.
