when does the regular AppleCare expire?
I don't show that it has any apple care. When entering the serial number in Apple Warranty, the system says the serial number has been replaced.
That is strange, this phone came out on September last year so even if it was bought on launch day, it should have some warranty left. Thanks anyways, I will buy something else.

WP- I wasn't attempting to be smart. I have no way of knowing if it can be unlocked. I am not the original owner. I would expect that Sprint would have the answer.

Sprint doesn't provide that information. So I'm not sure, The IMEI is clear and the phone can be activated with Sprint.

Justin, the scratches on the screen can be seen when held up close, I can not get them to show up in a picture.
