Does IMEI start with 99 or 35?

No longer need this but depending which the IMEI starts with, it's either a Verizon variant or the Google variant. Only the Google variant can have the bootloader unlocked.

I may be interested in this phone but need to know what IMEI begins with. It's amazing how many sellers are clueless and list the Verizon version as the Google version.
