I read the link from apple that you provided. Per my understanding, it is applicable where you want to transfer AppleCare+ from one device to another and if it is on monthly billing. The one that I have is not on monthly billing and it is for the same device and not for any other device where it need to transferred. With that said, if you are interested in buying the laptop and concerned about AppleCare+ transfer, I will see that it is transferred to you without any challenges. If need be, I will be able to produce the required documents for transfer which I feel will not be required. Thank you.
