Can you please share the serial id to validate the device and also check that this is not among the ones that are banned from flights.

Aug 14, 2019 - 06:09 PM

Hi there,
does it have the antiglare issue in the screen? thanks

Hi Gonzalo, No it does not have anti-glare issue...

Hi Ash... Swappa requires that you submit the serial number of the device to them and they run a check on the device and make sure it's an original apple device and it's the type of device you listed before they approve the listing... Again, I can only give the serial number to whomever purchases the device, because not only is it against swappa policy to share serial numbers, it's also not fair to the buyer to share the serial number of their device... point me to a website/app where I can check for the banned flight macbooks lol and I can check it and reply with the result here...

Banned Macbooks😂! That's a new one, never heard that one before lol

All 2015 models that have the battery recall issue are banned from a few airlines but idk how they’ll check since the 2013-14 ones are identical

I just researched that info and ran a check at the apple website, and it says that mine isn’t affected...

Can we close in 950? Thank you!

No sorry, the computer is already too cheap

Aug 20, 2019 - 11:20 AM

Can you give it with a replaced bottom panel?

AppleHead. Seller
- Aug 20, 2019 - 01:25 PM

No all parts are original, and the surface wear on the bottom aren’t really as visible as they are in the picture, the MacBook actually looks very neat...I focused on that, so that I can show every scratch on it

Aug 20, 2019 - 01:52 PM

Hmmm.. But, It's like the anodisation is gone from those areas. Considering this and the cycle count, I would like to offer 960$.

The computer is already too cheap, it has 512 GB SSD with dual graphics card and 2.5GHz processor.

Sir, I'd like to buy this computer from you, but I can't do it for another 10 to 12 days.

Hi AppleHead, this offering has been there for quite a while. Due to this fact and not very good battery health, would you be willing to correct the price tag?

AppleHead. Seller
- Oct 29, 2019 - 05:47 PM

Hi Joey, you need to learn to set the price on your own personal items... I don’t recall asking for your advice or opinion. The battery health is very good unlike your not very good comment here... and yes I will correct the price tag to the $3300 I paid for it.

Nov 03, 2019 - 01:06 PM

3300! You can buy a brand new MacBook Pro for less than that!

Nov 08, 2019 - 10:03 AM

lol, man you are reaching here, the NEWEST MacBook Pro is about $400 cheaper than your used Mac, with better CPU, better graphics, better screen, and it's new.

You are never going to sell this.

Carlos you cannot say what can or cannot be sold, you’re not GOD, or knowledgeable enough to make such claims... Again my MacBook Pro is much stronger physically than the new one, and has lot’s of advantage over it, newer doesn’t always mean better... most importantly this MacBook Pro has character, I used it... it’s an antique, and if you know who I am, you would pay for it...

Nov 08, 2019 - 11:43 AM

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Even if you were GOD I will never buy a second hand MacBook who is more expensive than the newest models, lol even the exact same model can found for half or even 3/4 the price you had it here. There's nothing special about it, you ain't even including the original package to say it's vintage.

Nov 08, 2019 - 04:21 PM

Hi AppleHead, stopping by after a week and surprisingly I still see your offering. Seems like "price on your own personal items" is set quite high. I still believe that battery count (456) is not very good, up to 100 would be very good, so your comment is misleading. I am offering 850$ for this good machine. Do you think we can make a deal?
