We ship FedEx Ground or USPS Ground. For expedited delivery, please contact us with your shipping information to provide you with a quote. We don't ship on Saturdays. We require 2 business days for shipping, but most of the time we ship orders within 1 business day.
Tracking is added to your PayPal and Swappa sales page and an email with be sent with shipping details. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier!
Returns & Refunds

- Items received not as described shall be returned to the seller for a prompt refund
Returns are accepted for any functional or physical condition discrepancies. We will replace the device with the same device. If we can not replace it, we will issue a full refund.
Buyers remorse are accepted, buyer return the device at their own expense, the device must be returned in the original condition, 25% restocking fee applies.
