Whats bottom dollar on this phone ( I am trying to spend in price range $220.00-$260.00 ... Is there any cosmetic damages to screen? minor scuffs scratches etc. [Verified PayPal] [ Verified eBay]
The picture looks like scrape or crack on screen near top right going down and up.
